The BFW module production scheduling and handling displays upcoming production orders per machine in kilograms and time.

In order to understand the ups and downs of your production process, the module offers clear visual insight into the state of affairs.
To ensure the clearest insight into your machinery, the production date and delivery date are separated.
Starting point: a production assignment
Production assignments are scheduled for delivery.
This allows you to schedule the production assignment earlier or later than the delivery date originally agreed upon. The production planning makes use of:

The available machinery;

The estimated completion time of production;

Distinction between prefab and specific materials;

Prefabricated material must be cut and bent earlier than materials that are supplied separately.
The latter has to be included in the planning much earlier. Therefore, prefabricated elements are listed purple in the planning.

The planning screen is a tool for monitoring production assignments in the rebar shop.
The planning can also oversee:

Conversions of production assignments from one machine to another;

Change in delivery dates;

Splitting of production assignments;

Combining of assignments for machines that produce more efficiently in case of large assignment (such as shear lines);
-
Insight into production assignment that are (partially) completed;
-
Available capacity for the next days, weeks, and months.

Planning transportation
After completing assignments, the module allows you to determine the optimum transportation methods.
Transportation will ultimately be determined using the planner (on the basis of information from the planning module).
Information regarding assignments that are ready for transport, the dimensions of the prefab, the to be supplied tonnages, etc. are included in the transportation planning.
Deliveries will be attached to trailers and receive a load order, after which the consignments notes for transport can be printed.
