Time tracking

The BFW time tracking module is primarily a means to create a registry of man-days. Using this module, you can also register all activities in the reinforcement area. Timesheets may also be automatically linked to an digital time tracking registry. This allows production staff to independently manage their assignments by means of start and end times. These times are then recorded in the time tracking registry.
The time tracking registry allows you to view the time spent on certain components and to compare the expected standard with the actual standard.

Time tracking for the benefit of manhours

To register the hours spent on your construction site, the tying activity can be used. This activity is included with the manhours registry print. This manhours registry can be included with the invoice or may be signed off on the construction site. Registration of these hours usually takes place daily, but may also be included for 1 week:

The hours in the rebar shop can be assigned to production assignments, ensuring that subsequent costing actually relates to production tonnages. The hours will be linked to production numbers.
The hours worked on the construction site will be included in the manhour registry. The registry can be printed and/or signed off.
The manhour registry includes:

  • An employee 's registration number
  • An employee 's identification number
  • The EIN registration
  • The SCC certificate

Timesheets in combination with online time tracking

If the hours come directly from the online timekeeping registry, the hours will be accurately included on the timesheets. Insight into every element of timekeeping (stop time, start time, etc.). The advantage of this connection is that manhours no longer have to be manually entered. The times are automatically processed. As a result, you can easily check whether the data is correct.
