Welding list

The welding list offers support for prefabrication in the form of measured sketches. The measurements are linked to the use of the 3D elements library or the 3D import/export modules. Both modules support a measured 2D view.

Prefab on the bending schedule

There are several ways to ensure that the coherence of the bars can be incorporated into the bending schedule:

  • The use of elements from the 3D elements library. The position of the bars relative to each other is already defined in the elements. Length, width, mesh, stirrup distance, and diameters can be adjusted.
  • Import via the 3D import/export module. The data is based on the export of 3D drawing software and can also be used as measurements on the welding list.
  • Control of specific machines for which a stirrup distribution can be made (e.g. the IDEA welding robot).

Multiple beams can be placed on a welding list. As a result, the welding list can contain a complete foundation, including loose parts. Below is an example of a ridge beam:

Views on the drawing - Measurements on the drawing

There are various views available to print the beam:

  • Cross-section view(s);
  • Side view;
  • Bottom view.

The sizes are determined on the basis of the various stirrup distances, lengths, and heights that are included in the bending schedule.
